CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS
Kansas Safety Summit Social Media Contest

Eligibility:

• The contest is open to all attendees of the Kansas Safety Summit unless they are employees of Kansas 811 or One Call Concepts (OCC).
• Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

How to Enter:

• To gain one entry, participants must show that they’ve completed one of the following actions:
  • Downloading the Kansas 811 app
  • Liking Kansas 811 on Facebook
  • Following Kansas 811 on Twitter/X
• To gain an additional entry, in addition to completing one or more of the actions above, participants may post a photo from the summit on social media and tag @Kansas811 or mention “Kansas 811.” One post on any platform (Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) is eligible for the extra entry.
• Participants must visit the One Call Concepts (OCC) booth and show a team member that they’ve completed one or more of the actions listed above to be entered. Participants will receive a raffle ticket for each entry.

Prize:

• There will be six winners.
• Each winner will receive a $50 Amazon gift card.
• Only one prize will be awarded per winner.

Winner Selection/Notification of Winners:

• The winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
• The drawing will take place on April 10, 2024, at the Kansas Safety Summit.
• Winners will be announced at the summit.
• If a drawn winner is not present at the time of the drawing or does not have their raffle ticket, they are considered ineligible, and a new winner will be drawn.

General Conditions:

• By participating, participants agree to comply with these official rules.
• Participants understand and agree that their entries may be used by Kansas 811 for promotional purposes.
• Participants release Kansas 811, One Call Concepts (OCC), and all associated parties from any liability or claims arising from participation in the contest or the receipt or use of the prize.

Publicity:

• By entering the contest, participants grant Kansas 811 permission to use their names, photos, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Privacy:

• Personal information collected from participants will be used solely to administer the contest and award the prizes. Participants’ information will not be shared with any third parties.

Disqualification:

• Kansas 811 reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these official rules or attempts to tamper with the contest process.

Amendments:

• Kansas 811 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.
